General Information

The entire Staff of Tapas Restaurant wish you warm Congratulations on your Engagement! From your first visit to our unique Spanish setting of Tapas Restaurant, we will guide you through this very special and exciting event.

In addition to planning the food and beverage arrangements for your reception, we can coordinate and provide you with Music, Flowers, and Specialty Linen. Our Banquet room is set with Dining Tables, Head table, Gift Table, Guest Book, Dance Floor, and Table Numbers, is included in the price per person.  Our expert staff and banquet coordinator will attend to your guests every need.


On Site Hours of Wedding Reception

  • Daytime events are scheduled from 11:00am to 6:30 pm in Main Restaurant Area
  • Complimentary burgundy linen.
  • Specialty linen or fabrics are available upon request at additional charge.

Offsite Hours are Available

  • Confirmation of Space/ Deposit/ Payments 
  • An initial non-refundable deposit of 15% estimated charge is required to confirm your date. The final guarantee of attendance and final payment is due seven business days prior to your wedding.

Estimates/ Service Charge and Sales Tax:

  • We suggest that you budget $25.00-$45.00 per person. All food and beverages must be provided by Tapas Restaurant. 
  • A taxable 18% gratuity change and 8.75% sales tax is added to all food and beverage.


  • Self parking is available for your guests. Valet parking may also be available upon request.


Wedding Coordinator

To ensure your family and friends of a most memorable day, Tapas Restaurant and our staff take responsibility of the entire coordinating of your reception. Below is a list of Wedding Reception Coordinating Duties which are performed at the following events.


Initial Consultation

  • Meet with Bride and Groom to establish a rapport
  • Discuss a basic overview of the wedding plans

Prior to Reception

  • Send a schedule of events to Event Planner
  • Confirm services with professionals (arrival time, directions, ect.)
  • Provide Checklist


  • Organize seating arrangement
  • Organize music
  • Oversee cutting the cake, toast by the wedding party and family, garter and bouque toss.

Live Flamenco Show Performance $375 per hour (2 dancers and guitarist)

DJ $150 Min 2 hours
